Identification Cards

Israel uses a system of Identification Cards to control who has access to certain kinds of movement, services and rights. This system enables Israel to efficiently maintain a Jewish majority in its voters, as millions of Palestinians are assigned ID cards that prohibit them from voting in national Israeli elections. It is one of the fundamental practices that highlight the apartheid nature of the Israeli government.
